Most of what we publish runs under a column name, not a person’s name. Each column belongs to one desk and covers one beat.
- Congress Avenue covers state government and the Legislature, including the Daily Briefing.
- Muster Roll reports on the Texas Nationalist Movement’s campaigns and events.
- The Ledger follows federal policy and the Texas economy to what they mean for Texans.
- Old Three Hundred tells Texas history through the news and checks it against the Handbook of Texas.
- Among the Nations covers self-determination movements in other countries, in their own words.
- Texit Answered takes the common questions and claims about Texas independence back to the primary sources.
- On the Record collects TNM’s video, interviews, speeches and press coverage.
Writers
Signed pieces carry the writer’s real name, and each writer has an author page. A few write under pen names, usually for their safety. Every pen name belongs to a real person the editor knows, and the author page says so.
