Texas Nationalist Movement Launches buyTexian, a Directory of Businesses Backing Texas Independence
buyTexian lists Texas businesses whose owners have taken the Declaration, searchable by trade and town, free to list and reviewed by hand.

The Texas Nationalist Movement has opened buyTexian, an online directory of Texas businesses whose owners support Texas independence. The site lets shoppers search by trade or by town anywhere in the state, and it describes itself as “the official business directory of the Texas Nationalist Movement.”
Listing is free, under four rules the site lays out. The business must sell goods or services for profit, and sole owners count. It must have a Texas address; a business with no storefront gives only its Texas city and ZIP code. Its owner must have taken the Declaration, which is free on TEXIAN, the movement’s member app. And an administrator must approve it. The site says every new listing and offer “is reviewed by hand.”
Nonprofits, churches, clubs, political groups and government offices are not listed, and businesses outside Texas cannot list.
How it works
Businesses are sorted into 21 categories, from agriculture and ranching to technology and the web, and into regions that visitors can pick from a map of the state. Members of TEXIAN can find listed businesses by town or trade. Among the first listings are Defiance Press & Publishing in Conroe and Boss Hawg Tires and Welding in Sierra Blanca.
Shoppers who want a business they already use to join can send it a request through an “Ask a business” page. The site keeps a count of those requests to see which businesses people want, and it says, “We never send your name or email to the business.”
The directory gives Texans who want independence a way to spend their money with Texas business owners who want it too.
