Lying Lynn Stucky Limps Into Election Day With Lies And Attacks On The TNM

How do you know that the political establishment is in trouble? When Texans-In-Name-Only (TINOs) publicly declare their contempt for Texans and the freedom and independence of Texas.

Dr. Lynn Stucky is a weak Republican running for re-election in Texas House District 64. He is a veterinarian who seems to have a chronic case of foot-in-mouth disease. As he has been savaged throughout the district he purportedly represents on his record of voting more like Nancy Pelosi than an actual Texan by his challenger Andy Hopper, he has grown more desperate.

So far, this desperation has been limited to bouts of pouting after his voting record being outed at candidate forums, and more than one very public temper tantrum. Now his desperation has turned into a mailer lying about the Texas Nationalist Movement and TEXIT.

In a last-minute mailer, Stucky takes aim at Hopper and the TNM using outright lies. Stucky claims that the TNM and Hopper want to “Ban The U.S. Dollar In Texas”. The mailer states, “Andy Hopper pledged to end the use of the U.S. Dollar in Texas if elected, which would disrupt lives and wreak havoc on the Texas economy.” His only citation is, “The Texas Nationalist Movement”.

Apparently, Stucky has read nothing that the TNM has said on the issue. In fact, the TEXIT book and this website talk specifically about post-TEXIT monetary policy and never say that the U.S. Dollar will be “banned”. Even the TEXAS FIRST pledge only states, “I pledge to support efforts to disentangle the Texas economy from federal monetary, banking, and tax policy.”

Not only is Stucky unqualified to talk about monetary policy, but he is also throwing his support to the Biden administration’s inflationary policies which are driving more Texans into poverty as well as the Biden proposal to track every transaction in your personal and private bank account.

Not only is Stucky spreading a complete lie, but he’s also showing that he’d rather ignorantly support Biden and the 2.5 million unelected bureaucrats in Washington than stand up for the people of Texas and Article 1 Section 1 of the Texas Constitution.

His second swipe at the TNM and TEXIT comes under the heading of “Sever Ties Between Texas And America” and states, “Can you imagine needing a passport to visit Oklahoma, Louisiana, or Disney World? Andy Hopper pledged to remove Texas from America.”

In this bullet point, Stucky proved three things. First, he’s perfectly willing to parrot the anti-TEXIT talking points of neo-Marxist and pro-Biden propaganda outlets. Second, he’s either a blatant and unrepentant liar or has trouble with reading and comprehension at an 8th Grade level. Third, Stucky either has not read the Texas Bill of Rights or hates that Texans have any rights at all.

Again, the travel and transportation issues surrounding TEXIT were covered extensively in the TEXIT book and on this website. But what is most egregious is that he would try to slam Hopper over publicly declaring his support for the inalienable right of self-government found in Article 1 Section 2 of the Texas Constitution.

INHERENT POLITICAL POWER; REPUBLICAN FORM OF GOVERNMENT. All political power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their benefit. The faith of the people of Texas stands pledged to the preservation of a republican form of government, and, subject to this limitation only, they have at all times the inalienable right to alter, reform or abolish their government in such manner as they may think expedient.

Texas Constitution, Texas Bill of Rights, Article 1 Section 2

Stucky has taken an oath to support, protect, and defend the Texas Constitution on multiple occasions, yet he hasn’t read it, or oaths are meaningless to him.

It’s important to note that during the last legislative session, Stucky was unresponsive to thousands of calls, visits, and communications from his constituents on issues that mattered most to them. This includes HB1359. He has been unresponsive on issues like monument protection, all issues related to the right to keep and bear arms, pushback against federal overreach, ending outside interference in Texas elections, and much more. He has been so unresponsive it would be easy to mistake him for a Democrat or a piece of furniture.

Lies against Texas, TEXIT, and the TNM at this stage of the election cycle show that panic has set in. As more and more Texans learn about the TNM’s mission and know that they are actual pro-Texas, pro-Texan candidates running for office that will truly put Texas first, the political establishment is exhaling a “death rattle” because their days are numbered.

While Stucky and other candidates who have been outed for lying about the TNM need to hear from Texans at the polls on Election Day, he also needs to hear directly from you. Call Lynn Stucky and DEMAND an immediate apology and retraction: 940-458-4422

To quote Lavaca County Judge Mark Myers, “We don’t get the government we hope for, we get the government we vote for.”
