Two enduring truths define the landscape of our current sociopolitical climate, in Texas and beyond. These truths shape our tactics, our resolve, and our path forward.
Firstly, it is universally acknowledged that the establishment is, and will always be, resistant to change. Their fortress, built on tradition, stability, and the status quo, thrives on predictability and has a vested interest in the sanctity of the current state of affairs. This understanding does not dampen our spirits but rather fuels our conviction, for we see that the driving force behind this resistance is often fear—fear of the disruption of comfortable yet complacent routines and fear of navigating uncharted territories.
However, the constrained visions of the establishment cannot and will not impede our journey towards progress. Thus, we arrive at our second truth: despite the adversity, we will persist in our fight for change. We pledge to continue our struggle, emphasizing the fact that the future does not belong to those who rest on their laurels, but to those active agents of change that push past adversity and challenge the establishment.
Each clash with the establishment only strengthens our resolve and affirms the need for our continued efforts. Thus, march on we will, fired by our passion for the right to self-governance, believing in the inherent potential that the great state of Texas possesses.
The machinery of the establishment, with its complacency and fear of change, might attempt to dissuade us or diminish our efforts. In contrast, we stand firm, resolute, and optimistic, for we know that the future belongs to those who dare to fight for it. Our unyielding resolve is best summed up by the ethos of the Texas Nationalist Movement: we will continue to fight regardless.
The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, and our steps, momentous and determined, will not be deterred. Rest assured the fight continues, and the spirit of Texas endures.
