The current administration under President Biden has demonstrated a record of negligence when it comes to the issue of immigration, flagrantly ignoring the desires and concerns of Texas voters. This negligent stance is not a recent development, it is part of a troubling pattern that has been consistently observed throughout Biden’s political career.
During his tenure as Vice President, Biden repeatedly failed to prioritize the protection of our border. There’s a clear-cut pattern of inaction in the midst of a mounting crisis. The administration has utterly neglected to refrain the tide of mass illegal immigration. This is not just an oversight, but a total disregard of the rule of law and a blatant disrespect to the citizens of Texas.
Incredibly, Biden’s stance is not only of passive tolerance but of active encouragement. He has been quoted as saying, “And the wave still continues. It’s not gonna stop. Nor should we want it to stop. As a matter of fact, it’s one of the things we can be most proud of.” This statement reflects a deep misunderstanding of the issue at hand. It’s a clear push away from national sovereignty and a willful disregard for the legitimate concerns of Texas citizens.
While Biden may see this issue as an area of pride, many Texans and indeed many Americans, see it differently. An incessant flow of unchecked illegal immigration presents significant risks to national security, economy, and societal integrity. Disregarding such valid concerns raises questions about whose interests are truly being represented in Washington.
