On Election Night
From 7 PM Central on November 3, this page fills in on its own. A live feed runs beside the headline races, and the count for every race appears by county on a map and in a table. The Texas House, Senate and State Board of Education races appear by district. Polls in El Paso and Hudspeth counties close an hour later, at 8 PM Central.

About These Results
Counts are the unofficial returns the 254 counties report to the Texas Secretary of State on election night. They change as counties add provisional and late mail ballots, and they become official only after the state canvass. The Texian Partisan does not project or call races. Candidates appear in the order printed on the ballot, which Texas law sets by party.
