The Texas Nationalist Movement has reached the final phase of an ambitious 18-month restructure of its local organization efforts – and now we need Texans ready to step up and lead in their communities.
After nearly two years of rebuilding our grassroots infrastructure from the ground up, we are now accepting applications from TNM members who want to serve as County Organizers in their local areas. This represents the culmination of extensive work to create a robust, sustainable framework for advancing Texit across all 254 Texas counties.
The foundation of any successful independence movement is local organization,” said Daniel Miller, President of the TNM. “We’ve spent the last 18 months developing the tools, training, and support systems necessary to empower Texans at the county level. Now we need committed patriots willing to take the lead in their communities.”
Building the Grassroots Army
County Organizers serve as the front lines of the Texas independence movement. These dedicated volunteers are responsible for building TNM’s presence in their counties, recruiting and training supporters, and organizing the local activities that will ultimately drive Texit forward.
The role demands commitment but offers Texans an unprecedented opportunity to shape the future of their communities and their state. County Organizers develop relationships with supporters, convert interested Texans into active participants, and build the local leadership teams that will be essential when Texans finally get their vote on independence.
“We’re looking for self-starters who understand that independence doesn’t happen by accident,” Miller explained. “These are the Texans who will transform scattered interest into organized action, one conversation at a time.”
Comprehensive Training and Support
The restructure has produced a comprehensive County Organizer Training Course that equips volunteers with everything they need to succeed. The multi-lesson program covers TNM structure, outreach strategies, leadership development, event planning, and communication best practices.
County Organizers gain access to TNM’s internal platforms, including event management tools, and resource libraries. They also receive ongoing support from TNM’s Organizational Development team, ensuring no organizer works alone.
The program includes clear metrics and expectations – County Organizers are expected to hold outreach events and maintain regular communication with TNM leadership. This structure ensures accountability while providing the flexibility for organizers to adapt their approach to their local communities.
The Path to Active Counties
The ultimate goal is transforming counties from organizing status to fully active TNM County Organizations. Counties progress through clearly defined stages: Organizing, Engagement, Pre-Launch, Launching, and finally Active status.
Active counties operate with seven-person leadership teams, each handling specific functions from outreach and events to communications and finance. These teams become the backbone of TNM’s political operation, capable of mobilizing quickly for rallies, petition drives, or voter education campaigns.
For counties that show exceptional early progress, TNM offers the Limited Early Activity Program (LEAP) — a 90-day intensive that provides enhanced access to TNM resources and accelerated team-building support.
Ready to Answer the Call
Texas independence has never been closer to reality. Recent polling shows majority support among Republicans, significant backing from independents, and growing interest across all demographics. Federal overreach continues to intensify daily, making the case for Texit stronger with each passing news cycle.
But polling numbers don’t win independence – organized people do. The County Organizer program represents TNM’s commitment to building the political infrastructure necessary to turn popular support into electoral victory when Texans finally get their vote.
“We have the support, we have the momentum, and now we have the organizational framework,” Miller said. “What we need are Texans willing to step up and lead. The future of Texas independence may well depend on the people who raise their hands today.”
TNM members interested in serving as County Organizers can apply through the organization’s member portal. The application process includes background checks and completion of the comprehensive training program.
Texas needs organizers in every county — from the smallest rural communities to the largest metropolitan areas. Each county represents another piece of the foundation upon which an independent Republic of Texas will be built.
The 18-month restructure is nearly complete. The tools are in place. The training is ready. Now comes the final phase — finding the Texans ready to lead their neighbors toward independence.
