TNM Exceeds One-Third Funding Goal, Launches Location Vote for Texan Arise Training Program

Executive VP Nate Smith announces campaign momentum as March primary approaches

The Texas Nationalist Movement has officially crossed the one-third mark toward its funding goal for the Texan Arise phase 1 campaign, Executive Vice President Nate Smith announced this week.

Despite not yet reaching the initial funding target, Smith said the organization is moving forward with plans to launch political training sessions across Texas. The decision reflects growing urgency as the March primary election approaches and calls for change in state government intensify.

“Every day we get more reasons why the Texas Legislature needs an upgrade,” Smith said in an email to supporters. “I also see numerous demands from influencers, grassroots activists and just everyday frustrated Texans for change in Texas government that must take place in the March primary election.”

Voting System Gives Supporters Direct Say

To accelerate the launch timeline and engage supporters in the selection process, the TNM is asking donors to vote for their preferred training location. The voting mechanism is tied directly to campaign contributions, with each dollar donated counting as one vote.

However, the organization has structured the system to ensure smaller donors aren’t overwhelmed by larger contributions. Every donation, regardless of amount, receives an additional 10 votes.

“Each dollar donated will count as 1 vote plus each donation will get 10 votes to make sure small donation voices are reflected as well,” Smith explained.

Supporters can cast their vote by making a donation to Texan Arise and specifying their preferred city in the comment section. Names are not required to be shared publicly.

Ten Cities Under Consideration

The initial list includes 10 potential training locations:

  • Denton
  • Frisco
  • Fort Worth
  • Houston
  • Huntsville
  • Lufkin
  • Round Rock
  • San Antonio
  • Sealy
  • Tyler

Smith acknowledged the geographic limitations of the first phase, noting the absence of locations west of Interstate 35. “I’m aware and apologize that there is nothing west of I-35 for our initial site selections,” he said. “Please know that if we have enough support we plan to host these all over Texas before the primary.”

Campaign Timeline Accelerated

The voting window will close soon, according to Smith, who emphasized the need for quick action from supporters.

“We will close the voting pretty soon, so get your votes in ASAP and stay tuned,” Smith said.

The accelerated timeline reflects mounting pressure from TNM supporters and broader conservative activists who see the March primary as a critical opportunity to challenge the current political establishment in Austin.

The Texan Arise program represents the TNM’s effort to provide political education and training to supporters ahead of the primary season. The organization has consistently argued that meaningful change in Texas politics requires grassroots education and engagement rather than relying on existing political structures.

Smith’s announcement comes as polling continues to show significant support for Texas independence among Republican voters, with various surveys indicating support levels ranging from 30 to 60 percent depending on the specific question asked.

The training sessions are expected to focus on political engagement strategies, candidate evaluation, and civic education tailored to TNM supporters who prioritize Texas sovereignty and independence issues.

Supporters interested in voting for training locations can make donations through the TNM website, with voting scheduled to conclude in the coming days.
